摘要
Electric parameters are determined for an oxide film formed in air when the AMg4 surface is subjected to diamond turning in a special liquid coolant and for a chromate-phosphate film resulted from anoding oxidation of surfaces of this alloy. Models to describe structural features of these films are proposed. The models are supported by experiments where electric characteristics of films are purposely altered by varying conductivity of the system and temperature.
