Greif Brothers Corp., a leading US manufacturer of industrial shipping containers, signed an agreement to purchase the Van Leer Industrial Packaging division from Huhtamaki Van Leer. This acquisition will double the size of Greif Bros and make it a worldwide leader in industrial drums. Greif will also start operating in over 200 locations all over the world after this acquisition with Van Leer Industrial is completed.
