摘要：
Sb//2S//3 films of stoichiometric composition have been obtained by thermal vaporization in a vacuum. The structure of the films was studied by electro microscopy. It was found that the structure formation process occurs according to a vapor/amorphous phase/coalescing crystal mechanism. The photosensitivity of the Sb//2S//3 films was investigated as a function of the condensation rate and the substrate temperature.
