摘要：

A method of measurements of a constant parameter in the presence of noise and signal fading is presented. A sum of measurements results taken with appropriate coefficients forms the proposed estimator. These coefficients depend on the signal level and they are chosen to minimize the total m. s. error of measurements. An example of implementation is given. It is verified by computer simulation.
