摘要
The studying of the extent of delay time as a function of fluid dynamic parameters has been proposed as a possible means of unravelling the relative importance of break-up and coalescence mechanisms in the phase inversion process. For a better understanding of phase inversion, a video technique has been developed that enables the drop size distribution during these dynamic processes to be followed and the technique, some delay time data and size distributions during the phase inversion processes are reported briefly here.
