Optimal process indices and the maximum reduction of butyl xanthate consumption when crude oil is used as an additive are obtained when the total concentration of reagents does not vary, the oil is introduced in the form of an ultrasonic emulsion, the ratio of heteropolar to apolar collectors amounts to 1:1-1:3, and the butyl xanthate concentration is reduced three to sixfold.
