摘要：
An effective fire prevention program has good housekeeping as a vital part. Supervisors must achieve and maintain strict discipline aboout housekeeping basics. Some basic precautions are considered, e. g. that quick-burning and flammable materials should be stored in designated areas only, burnables should be present at the work site only in quantities required for the job sprinklers should never be blocked, etc.
