摘要：

New circuits of integral differential photoelectric transducers, made by the MIS-technology methods, are considered. In the circuits for the increase of the threshold photosensitivity and stability in regard to spread of the electron elements parameters, balancing of their initial disbalance is used. Efficiency of the balancing used is confirmed by the results of transducers computer simulation.
