摘要：
An experimental set-up assembled for the measurement of duration of fluorescence rise and decay over the range 0. 02-2 msec is described in detail. The fluorescence signals are monitored directly by a photomultiplier tube and the resulting electric signals, after proper amplification are recorded by a boxcar integrator-strip chart recorder combination for analysis. Typical results obtained with the set-up are discussed briefly.
