The problem of inertia effect of viscoelastic fluid flow between two eccentric disks rotating at different speeds with same sense is considered. The solution is obtained by a perturbation technique taking the Reynolds number (R VM LS TH 1) as the perturbation parameter. The effect of elastic parameter S on the velocity field is obtained.
