The computer program presented may be used to calculate the buckling loads of flat rectangular orthotropic plates under combinations of uniform in-plane biaxial direct and shear loads. The program deals with symmetrical combinations of clamped and simply-supported edge conditions and takes account of out-of-plane shear deformations. The program may be applied to any panel that has principal planes of bending parallel to its edges and a common neutral plane. The axes are taken in this neutral plane parallel to the edges.
