This article describes a PC-based computer program developed at the National Electrical Engineering Research Institute (NEERI) for the analysis of dieletric test data. The program reflects research work done in conjunction with the CIGRE Working Group 33. 03 on High Voltage Testing and Measuring Technique and is an implementation of an analysis method proposed in the draft revision of IEC Publications 60-1 and 60-2.
