British packaging company Rexam Plc is selling its pharmaceutical folding carton business in Puerto Rico to PCI Services Inc. for £27 million in cash. The sales of the Puerto Rico carton packaging business, which had sales of about £13 million and an operating profit £3.2 million in 1999, is subject to regulatory clearance. PCI is a unit of US-based Cardinal Health Inc., which develops, manufactures, packages, and markets products for the health care industry.
