Temperature dependence of resonant secondary emission in NaNO2 crystals

Spectral and temporal behavior of resonant secondary emission in NaNO2 has been investigated over the temperature range 2-20 K. Typical values of τc and Γ are derived from the fitting analysis of the observed ratio (IL+IRslow)/Itotal at 2 and 8 K. The value of Γ is found to increase by a factor 5 for the temperature change from 2 to 8 K.
