摘要
A need arose for a pulse delay unit for the synchronization of a transient memory in a measurement cascade. The unit had to be adjustable from 1 mu sec to 1. 6 msec. A monostable flip-flop could not be used because the sequence time of the input pulse could be shorter than the delay time. A fast bipolar RAM is presented which can be used for this purpose.
