摘要
A mathematical model for describing the drift behavior of electrochemical sensors is constructed and is used to calculate the reliability parameters of the sensors - namely, the failure rate and the mean time between failure. The results of studies of the drift reliability of oxygen sensors and glass electrode measurement circuits are presented.
