摘要
Component integration is one of many methods used to minimize size in microwave and millimeter-wave designs. This approach was used in the design of a compact two-channel monopulse W-band radar system, where a Gunn oscillator and short-slot hybrid were fabricated in an integrated structure via planar milling.
