摘要
A study was made of the energy characteristics of the discharge during the deposition of powdered materials onto steel substrates with the aid of pulsed gas-discharge plasma flows. High-speed motion-picture photography of the motion of the plasma flows was carried out over the section between the exit plane of the plasma column and the substrate, and the special features of the interaction between the plasma flows and the substrate are investigated.
