PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

Competent project management is vital to the successful completion of a project. Successful completion means: technically solving the problem and therefore enhancing the reputation of the firm (while keeping liability premiums down); satisfying the client and therefore ensuring the continued existence of the firm. The centroid of a firm should be the Project Manager who has total responsibility and authority for each project. Implementation, scheduling, documentation, and excess perfection are discussed.
