摘要
The specific heat anomaly C of Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Cu3Oy was observed in the temperature range 80-100 K. It is estimated from C that γ approx. 15 mJ/mol&middotK2 and Hc2 (T=0) approx. 100 T in this sample. The specific heat anomaly confirmed the occurence of bulk superconductivity of the high-Tc phase in Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy superconductor.
