摘要
Bragg deflection of a guided optical wave by surface acoustic waves in a single mode titanium-diffused waveguide has been demonstrated. The preliminary device has a center frequency of 353 MHz and requires 240 mW of electric power to deflect 50% of the light over a bandwidth of 82 MHz.
