摘要
Outer wall units in architecture are made increasingly of materials transmitting solar light by a statistical multiplicity of elementary reflection, inflection and scatter processes. An instrument has been constructed, and applications developed, for measuring average transmission, reflection and absorption factors of these materials according to directions, and referred to the spectral distribution of solar radiation.
