Results on determination of the pressure distribution on a section of a wing with sweep angle of X equals plus or minus 45 degree at transonic flow velocities are presented. Flow features in a local supersonic zone are analyzed and the pressure drag coefficients of the root sections of back- or forward-swept wings are determined.
