摘要：

The terminals under discussion are open barrel types, made of brass to provide trouble-free mating with existing copper alloy terminal boards. The author considers the problems associated with substitution by aluminum wire: galvanic corrosion, aluminum oxide film and difference in coefficient of thermal expansion and cold flow.
