Today, occupant's increasing awareness of the symptoms and effects of poor air quality and the increasing demands of the manufacturing sector make clean air engineering more important every day. With modern fibrous filters leading the charge for clean indoor air, the new ASHRAE Standard 52.2 appears to be the right stuff at the right time and should be at the elbow of every HVAC design engineer.
