An analysis of statistical data is used to bring out the trends in variation of electrical-energy intensity indices for product production, availability of electrical equipment to labor, and allocation of electrical resources, and their dependence on resource availability and productivity of labor at the collective and state farms of the nation and in individual areas; the trends in electrification of thermal processes are determined for the nation and electrical-energy demand indices given for technically advanced capitalist countries.
