The core aspect of business strategy like optimized automation and e-business is discussed. The important contribution of automation comes from the precise reporting of status and general stability in process. Precision and stability are most important attributes for sophisticated scheduling system to work properly. The effective e-buisness need a manufacturing facility with sophisticated scheduling system for optimized flow materials.
