摘要
A method of wideband frequency response measurement of optical detectors was described. Optical heterodyne technique is used in this method. The required testing conditions for measuring system were discussed and the result of frequency response measurement of HgCdTe photodiode by the measuring system using CO2 laser were given. The uniqueness of this measuring method were analyzed and discussed.
