摘要
The influence of compositional inhomogeneities on superconducting properties, such as the upper critical field H//c//2(T), the specific heat, the penetration depth, etc. , are calculated with the quasiclassical theory of superconductivity for specific models corresponding to inhomogeneities in the mean-free path, and spatially varying (local) transition temperatures. Comparison of the calculations with the measurements permits an identification of the dominant type(s) of inhomogeneities as well as their length scales.
