The following equipment and procedures for the measurement and analysis of infrasound were investigated: microphone, calibration apparatus, magnetic tape recording technique, procedures for frequency and wave analysis, filter and sound level measuring apparatus. The objective was to develop a measuring system with infrasound similar to that employed in audible sound investigations. Some relevant thoughts are described here. Additionally the results of measurement are presented.
