摘要：

The structure of modern remote-protection equipment is considered. Simplified block diagrams are described that explain the operation of resistance (impedance) relays, blocking trigger elements that act during swings, and technical means for monitoring operation of protection equipment. The features of individual types of remote protection devices are considered.
