Auxiliary equipment can contribute towards the profitability of a production process just as much as the construction of the mould itself or the suitability of the injection moulding machine used. This is impressively demonstrated by a device which has been developed to increase the speed of moldings release from an injection mold. Details of mold design with the device developed are given.
