摘要：
Fluid dynamic forces exerting on a circular cylinder placed in a nodal point of a standing wave have been measured. The variation of flow pattern with the Keulegan-Carpenter number has been explained by use of the analogy from a shedding frequency of the Karman vortex in a steady flow. In order to express not only the overall in-line forces but also time variation of the forces, a modified formula has been presented.
