摘要：
This paper reviews recent findings on the effects of freestream turbulence on bluff-body flow and flutter. Materials of this review are mostly taken from the author's own wind-tunnel measurements on 2D and 3D bluff bodies with rectangular cross-sections. The effects of both turbulence intensity and scale are discussed in detail.
