Pipeline construction report

The dynamic growth of the Washington metropolitan area over the past decade has provided Washington Gas Light Co. with two major challenges: ensuring that it has ample supplies of reasonably priced gas to serve these new growth areas, and getting that gas to these areas. The challenges were met in one area through construction of a 13.5-mile, 24-in. distribution feeder pipeline.
