摘要
The problem of surface wave diffraction by a junction of the dielectric and metal plates of equal thickness is solved by the method of integral equations under the assumption that the plane wave is incident perpendicular to the line of the interface between the dielectric and metal plates and the vector H&rarr of the incident wave is parallel to this line. The results of calculation of surface wave reflection and transformation coefficients and of the scattered fields are presented.
