摘要
A phenomenological model of the growth in the franchised cable network in the UK is presented. The model provides insight into the different growth regimes which have been exhibited, and reveals a universal characteristic displayed by the market. Using the model as a guide into the future suggests that the growth targets set by the regulatory authority will be missed.
