摘要
Based on experience with the MCFC test plant operation, development of MCFC system has entered a new stage to supply the emerging market for MCFC plants. Development of Pressurized Compact Power Generation System in the NEDO project targets the performance of the 300 kW class MCFC plant. The characteristics of the MCFC system being developed in Japan are the MCFC + Gas-turbine hybrid system, external reforming and pressurized operating system. At the first step of MCFC commercialization, this system will be introduced into several hundred kW and several MW distributed power resources. In the future, MCFC will replace thermal power plants.
