摘要：

The mechanical degradation of the fibrillar protein-silk fibroin at 77 K has been studied. It was shown that the primary step is the rupture of the C// alpha -C bond in the backbone of the peptide chain and formation of minus NH-C// alpha HR and CO-NH-radicals.
