摘要
The paper deals with an efficient algebraic criterion for absolute asymptotic stability of differential delayed dynamic systems. The stability test requires the calculation of the spectral radius of a nonnegative matrix which is immediately formed by the system equation. The results obtained are applied to the problems of guaranteed stability of systems with uncertain parameters and stabilization of linear time-invariant control systems with retardation.
