摘要：
The criteria of data acquisition synthesis for state estimation of power systems are examined. It is shwn that the value of the data is determined by the scaling trace of a covariance matrix. Calculation of the matrix is illustrated. An attempt is also made to take due account of such factors as the value of data on specific system control parameters and the cost of data acquisition.
