摘要：

delta -Bi//2O//3 polycrystalline films have been prepared. Structural, electrical and spectroscopic investigations have been carried out. The measurements have revealed the character of the conductivity, the types of interband transitions and other characteristic constants. The effect of heat treatment on spectral distribution of film photoconductivity has also been investigated.
