UPDATED LIST OF CURRENT OPERATIONAL PROBLEMS.

This paper is one of a series prepared by the Current Operational Problems (COPs) Working Group with the goal of focusing the attention of industry problem solvers on high priority problems faced by those who are involved in the actual operation of the power systems. The results of a questionnaire completed by system operators are presented here. The questionnaire was intended to identify immediate and important current operational problems. New problems have been identified and added to the initial current operational problems list, and efforts have been made to improve the wording of some of the problem statements. The conclusions and data cited here are intended to be provocative and stimulate further analysis and active discussion. An updated COPs list is included as an appendix to this paper.
