The customer service at Dixie Foodservice has evolved to meet changing customer and business needs. Four key elements have enabled customer service to adapt and become an increasing vital part of value that it provides to its customers. These include high performance work team principles, strategic customer focus, supply chain leadership, and use of technology enablers to assure maximum customer satisfaction.
