摘要
To make estimates of the reliability of ships' heat-exchange apparatus, in the early stages of design it is necessary to create mathematical models to represent failure of the basic components, i. e. , tube plates, heat exchange tubes, casing, and covers. The authors designed a bed for obtaining comparative data on corrosion-erosion wear in a moving working medium at elevated temperatures. In the test bed, metals and alloys were tested in seawater flowing at 1-6 m/sec at 18-89 degree C.
