摘要
The resistivity is calculated in a two-band model which takes account of the conductivity contribution of electrons of both bands. The residual resistivity of such alloys is an asymmetric function of composition with the peak displaced to the range of preferred concentration of one of the components. The direction of this shift correlates with the behavior of the temperature coefficient of resistivity of the pure transition metal in the high-temperature range. In the temperature-independent part of the resistivity of the concentrated alloys a minimum may appear at either high or low temperatures. The condition which favors the minimum is that elastic scattering should be higher than phonon scattering. The concentration dependence of anomalies in the temperature range of the resistivity is in qualitative agreement with experimental results for palladium-silver and nickel-copper alloys.
