A new blind multiuser detector based on high order cumulants was proposed with a new optimizing criterion having the global minimal value while the minima satisfy the decorrelating conditions. Thus, a new scheme for the blind multiuser detection can be obtained. By means of an unconstrained equivalent form of the criterion, a blind adaptive algorithm was given. The simulation results show that the method possesses stronger capability of suppressing interference.
