摘要
Using a model equation which takes into consideration the possible excitation of two kinds of internal molecular energy: rotational and vibrational, the heat- and mass-transfer processes of a polyatomic gas in a plane channel is analyzed. The method of solving the system of integral-moment equations makes it posible to obtain satisfactory exact results for the whole range of Knudsen numbers and, in addition, it leads to simple analytic expressions for flows in two limiting cases Kn VM LS TH 1 and Kn VM GT TH 1.
