摘要
Detailed investigation of the salt/ceramic Na-BaCO3/MgO and Na2/SO4/SiO2/ composite energy storage materials (CESM), which can store latent and sensible heat, have been conducted. Compounding and composition of salt and ceramic matrix as well as additives have been experimentally studied. The performance and stability of CESM, volume fractions of molten salt within the ceramic porous have a direct bearing on media fabrication technology. From experiments and analyses, the interactions between the performances of CESM and media fabrication technology have been derived. Basic controlled parameters are: molding pressure in the range of 40-200 MPa; sintered temperature in the range of 950-1000°C for Na-BaCO3/MgO, 1100°C for Na2SO4/SiO2; heating rate of 2-10°C/min; time of heat preservation in the range of 1-3 h.
