摘要
A method for the absolute energy calibration of a heavy ion accelerator was developed and employed at VICKSI. The method is quite simple and can be adopted for any heavy ion accelerator and the accuracies in the range of plus or minus 0. 15% can be obtained easily. The fits to the measurements taken with argon and sulfur beams have been stored in the on-line beam development programs of VICKSI and the energy of each beam is calculated precisely from the measured NMR-frequency of the analyzing magnet.
